I don't think that you could send it directly from here,what you could do is try to find out somebody in Cuba that have that kind of business. I know people in Havana that for $20.00 deliver cakes and flowers you just paid to the family in here and they notify to the family that have the business there and they made the delivery over there.I know this because I use them to send flowers and cake to my mom and mother in law for mothers day. But unfortunately I don't know nobody in Holguin. You could try to contact a hotel over there and ask if they have that kind of service or know somebody.
