We have been best friends for the past 10 years.. admitidly I started developing feelings for her.. but I have always sent her something big (flowers/candy/teddy bear) for V-day. This year though I'm starting to wonder if it is wrong that I am doing it beings she has a boyfriend. What's your opinion?

Sure, go ahead and send those things. If i were her, I'd get disappointed if my close friend didn't at least wish me a happy Valentine's Day. I think that as long as you're not telling her that you love her more than anything in the world, there should be no problems with the boyfriend. Besides, it's just a boyfriend, not a husband. Happy early Valentine's Day to you!
