I think the fact that your sending them anything at all is very nice and thoughtful. actaully, for my first wedding anniversary, my mother-in-law sent us a fruit basket and that was really nice and we really enjoyed it. so there is probably that option too. The only thing I find about flowers is I tend to get so many. my husband buys flowers for our anniversary anyways and then so other people send them too ao I never know what to do with them all...lol.

Reply:My first thought was flowers, but everybody sends them. I would go with a big bunch of helium balloons with lots and lots of ribbons attached, but make sure the balloons are silver.
