I don't want to be presumptuous, but if you are sending them to a lady you met on the Internet or a personals service, it might be better not to send them. It is almost certainly a scam. I lived in Russia for a few years, and I only know of one case (of many) where it wasn't a scam, and in that case it was still a matter of her marrying him for his relative financial wealth and greencard.
