So a gal I liked says ''Lets be friends" . I say ok ! I send her flowers to say I adore her?

and I do not call her in 3 weeks ...I call her later and she returns my call....i have asked her on a date and she says she will let me know her schedule , however i should call her and give details.....am I messed up or in love or she is just playing me ? maybe i should just move on....what do you guys think??
