I am inlove with a girl who isnt interested in me. Is ok for me to send her flowers or a card for valentines?

I professed my love to her months ago and she told me she was not interested. I took the hint and havent called or bothered her. We see each other out occasionally and act friendly towards each other. Now that I see all these valentine's day comercials, I want to send her something. Im not expecting her to fall for me or anything, I just want to send her flowers or something in case she doesnt recieve any from any one else. What should I do? Obviously,Im not thinking very clearly.

I think it depends on why she's not interested. if she doesn't like you, then it's over. u better not. if she likes u but can't date u for some reason, then sending flower might help.
