Not too soon at all, as a matter of fact if you are still seeing her on V-day she will be expecting flowers and maybe chocolates too. Trust me, unless they are allergic women never get upset over flowers. It could give your relationship a kick that ups it to something more. Good luck.

I had only known my husband for a couple weeks when he gave me a Christmas present of 1/2 dozen long stem white roses and silver earrings (we will be celebrating 16 years of marriage next week).

Reply:I agree, don't go overboard. I few (like, literally 3) flowers or just one would be better and not too overwhelming. I see nothing wrong with that, it is a nice gesture!
