What do you send a man for a thank you gift?

I went out of town and a male friend let me stay at his place. If this was a girl I would have sent flowers… but for a Guy?
What do you send a man for a thank you gift?
Guys always appreciate a food gift. It saves them from calling the pizza hut when they come home from work and there's still nothing magically appearing in the refrigerator.



Gift basket of sausage and cheese.



A bottle of good wine.



gift certificate to a favorite restaurant or decent chain restaurant most people could tolerate.



Whatever you send, don't forget the thank you card. (You must be a thoughtful friend. So many people wouldn't bother.)

Reply:You could send him one of those Edible Arrangements ( fruit cut into the shape of flowers). They look awesome, and taste great. If they aren't available in your area, chocolates or a gift certificate would also be nice thank you gifts.

Reply:Flowers would work, but im not sure a guy would enjoy them( i could be wrong) A thank you card would be cool and how about a gift certificate to a nice restaurant? Or maybe just take him out to dinner
Reply:What does he like? You could order a muffin/cookie basket or a fruit basket. Or a gift card for a restaurant he likes.
