Is it ok to send valentine's flowers to someone that you are not dating?

I've never met this woman in person, but we instant-message each other all day every day at work. I'm very attracted to her and think she is a wonderful person. It is obviously not a relationship, just friends really, but we have talked about what we will do on our first date so I believe that she is interested in me as more than just a friend. I don't know if she would think it strange to recieve valentine's flowers from me. what do you think??

If you've already talked about dating, and you im each other all day every day, then it's evident that she is very interested in you, and attracted to you.

I think she would be thrilled to receive flowers from you for Valentine's Day.

It would be a lovely precursor to your first date together.
