Is it appropriate to send flower to customer when she lost her dad on behave of company?

If you only deal with this person via email with strictly business, is it appropriate to send flower when she has a lost in a family. I don't want to come across as seeks for favor in business since this person is responsible to giving us business. Thanks
Is it appropriate to send flower to customer when she lost her dad on behave of company?
I would send them and just let her know you are thinking of her at this difficult time. We are all still human and the natural thing is to have compassion or sympathy even for a person we only know on a business level.
Reply:That is a great gesture. It shows the customer that they mean more to u than just a paycheck and they will not forget u for it. Do it!
