Val Day is driven by retailers and restaurants wanting to boost sales... If your man (financially well-off or not) treats you well and is sweet to you when the time is right for him, then that is all that should matter. If he is romantic on any other given day, then don't worry about it.
A financially lucky man I'm seeing did not send flowers or anything on Valentine's day. What should I think?
He might have someone on the side, you might want to be careful not to get too attached and set yourself up for heartbreak- guy are creeps like that!
