When would be better/more appropriate to send flowers to this girl?

Well I already asked this last night, but I figure I'd try again in a different section just to get more opinions.

After thinking about this , I was wondering if I should just send the flowers out this week or wait until Valentines Day. Would it be "cuter" to send them on a random day or on V-day. Any suggestions? Reason for your suggestion? I really don't want to creep her out lol.

i think there's no reason waiting for any occasions like v-day, to show ur interest to smb. u like, just send her gorgeous flowers, i am sure she'll appreciate ur gesture!

Without knowing the situation, if you dont want to creep her out... then send something small on a random day. Over doing things is what got me in trouble in the past. Sweet and simple is a safe way to go.
