Should I send my gf flowers to work on valentine's day?

I've been checking with local florists and a dozen red roses are pretty expensive...I'm in college and dont have much extra money just lying around. I already plan on making her dinner, but I think she might feel stupid if alot of girls in her office get something and she doesnt you know?
Should I send my gf flowers to work on valentine's day?
Why don't you deliver her flowers and take her to lunch instead? Flowers from the grocery store aren't as expensive as florist flowers (no one has to know they're from the grocery store)---and she'll get a lunch date as well!
Reply:dude go with chocolate, trust me all the girls will be looking at their flowers, she will be mmmmmm, oooooooooh, aaaaaah,

get the picture?
Reply:Send her flowers at work. Women love it. Plus it will make everyone jealous of her. But don't send roses. Roses are very over done. Send her favorite flowers.
Reply:i think that she would absolutely love to receive flowers at work...i know i would! She'll love you for it!
Reply:Well you'd better get her some flowers then.
Reply:That would boost her ego, if you do. Send 11 flowers through courier. Save the other (to make a dozen), give it personally when you fetch her after the day's work. that would be very romantic and would create a greater impact in her heart!

Happy Valentine's Day!!!!
Reply:One Rose will do it and a nice loving card

is all you need a present does not mean much but what it comes from the heart

is all you need
Reply:You should try to deliver something yourself if at all possible. That way she would get to see you were thinking about her, her friends would see that you brought something.....it works on all levels. If this isn't possible try leaving flowers on her car the night before so she finds them in the morning. Good luck!
Reply:if thats what she likes
Reply:why, u can invite her

Now, if love is painful, and tortures us so, why do we love? Why is it all we search for in life?

This pain, this agony? Why is it all we long for?

This torture, this powerful death of self? Why?

The answer is so simple because it’s LOVE. It is such an addictive thing that even people who are not having it wish to experience it and share it with others.

Reply:Bring the flowers to her my husband does it every year and I love it
Reply:i think you should send her flowers and mabye a box of chocolates
Reply:That's a no brainer...If you want to keep her to yourself the answer is yes. If you want to share her then no. You got all year to save 200 bucks. Read the real man's handbook...Sapsucka
Reply:yah if you dont send her flowers to work she will be sad. every girl gets flowers on VD.
Reply:Don't sweat the flowers - she will survive without them.

Besides - sending flowers contributes to global warming...............
Reply:Just send a single red rose to her work
Reply:Oh thats sounds so lovely (i wish I had a boyfriend like you. lol). I dnt think i'll get anything, just have him play on the lap top all day. Sad thing is we've only been together for 2 years. lol

She won't feel stupid, she'll feel loved and blessed.
Reply:That is really sweet. You don't have to do flowers. They just die anyway. How about chocolates or a gift basket? You could send her a cd or dvd. You could send her cookies from cheryl%26amp;co.com or something from Hallmark.com. 1800flowers has gifts. You could send her a romantic book.

You could send her a spa gift basket or spa stuff. Maybe something from Bath %26amp; Body Works or Body Shop?
