i was asking about how can i buy something form web sites and send to some one in another country

i live in cairo - egypt.and im in love with a girl from philippines.

i want to send her some flowers. but i dont know how can i buy from web site.cos it will be the first time i buy through the web.

i dont know if i can buy if i dont have credit card.is it ok if i just pay cash.or i have to pay using credit card.

i need your help guys
