Should I send flowers or just forget about it?

I had a huge crush on a girl over the summer and she felt the same way toward me but we both decided we were too busy to pursue a relationship. Since then she has pretty much stopped talking to me, sometimes actually ignoring me. Occasionally, we will talk and she says she wants to hang out but we never actually do. I still have really strong feelings for her. Should I send flowers to her for Christmas or should I just do nothing and forget about it?

I would not forget about it, but I would wait until after the holiday season. During the holidays a lot of emotions and memories are stirred up for a lot of people, and that leads to a lot of stress. I would send her a card, or an e-card and let her know you are still holding her in your thoughts. I would suggest something cute bordering on romantic. But don't put too much on her plate until a few days in to January.

Reply:I think it's a sweet gesture, if you make it clear that they don't mean any pressure for her to be with you. Just something simple to let her know you're still thinking about her... and then go from there. It'd be hard to ignore a gesture like flowers, but if she does then it's pretty clear that she's absolutely disinterested (and tactless, lol...).
