Is it ok to send flowers if you get in a fight with your wife in the moening before work.?

Is it ok to send flowers if you get in a fight with your wife in the moening before work. Recently I got in a fight with my wife over the dishes of all things. I have 4 children and I missed the dishes. I did the dished twice that day already. I felt a little taken advantage of in the morning when my wife started at me about a few dishes in the sink considering she went to brunch for 6 hours and she always comes home to compare her surroundings after meeting with her friends who don't have 4 children. I feel bad for how I responded and I just don't know if sending flowers is the right thing to do.

Absolutely not. That's a waste of money. Call and apologize and leave it at that. Save the flowers for some day when you two are happy with each other. They'll mean more that way. Flowers as an apology are lame as hell. Never send flowers as an apology. Always send flowers when things are going well and you and she are happy with each other. Then she will appreciate them. I don't think women like to get flowers when they're pissed at you.
